We may need you to share a username, password and other connection details when we arrive. Nearly all Internet connections are up and running in a single visit. If we pinpoint the fault to the telephone line, Internet Service or your equipment; we'll do what we can and charge an appropriate diagnosis/visit fee. If required, we'll arrange another visit once you've followed our advice and resolved the problem with your retailer or service provider. If your home requires new cables or sockets, we can put you in touch with a specialist to complete the work.
A note regarding wi-fi speed...sometimes we cannot improve the speed as it is affected by the cables coming into your house from the 'Open Reach' junction boxes. We will advise you to contact your internet provider if we believe there is an issue outside your house.
